Meet the Founder
Courtney Campbell is a trailblazer in the world of golf and the proud founder of Birdies Babes Golf, a community-driven initiative she launched in 2019. As a PGA of Canada Head Professional at Gleneagles Golf Course, Courtney has combined her passion for golf, leadership and community building to create opportunities for women to thrive on and off the course.

At the heart of Courtney’s mission is a vision to reshape the game of golf into a space where women feel empowered, welcome, and supported. Through Birdies Babes Golf, she has cultivated a growing community of hundreds of women across the Lower Mainland who connect through golf, mentorship, and shared experiences. Courtney champions a game-changing approach to growing golf’s appeal and accessibility for women of all ages and abilities.
